Team Viewer is a tool we use to provide remote assistance to customers for simple issues. This saves you bringing a computer in or having a staff member onsite, normally results in a quicker fix to your problem and with a smaller fee. If you would like to start a remote session for an issue, please call (02) 6551 8877 and arrange a time with one of our technicians to look at your problem. We only instigate these remote sessions at your request as a method to resolve a problem that you report to us.

Please be alert if a cold caller, claiming to be a representative of Microsoft, one of it’s brands or a third party contracted by Microsoft, tells you they are checking into a computer problem, infection or virus that has been detected by Microsoft. They tell the victim they can help and direct them to a website that then allows the scammers to take remote control of the computer. The cold caller will then spend some time on the computer trying to demonstrate where the ‘problems’ are and in the process convinces the victim to pay a fee for a service that will fix the computer.
